Level 3 - Heater system under 100 kW AND air conditioning under 12 kW.

Level 4 – Either heater system 100kW and over OR air conditioning 12 kW and over. Also applicable for new build properties.

Level 5 - Unconventional buildings ie glass structures.

DEC - Display Energy Certificates for public sector buildings.

Domestic EPC - Where there is a self-contained dwelling a separate certificate at £59 plus VAT will apply.
