Only a NDEA – a Non – domestic energy assessor, is qualified to carry out valid Commercial EPC or energy performance certificate. All Commercial energy assessors at 1st EPC have been have again been trained to the same standard as the DEA if not higher but are able to carry out and EPC on commercial Buildings rather than Domestic.
With an EPC, properties are rated by the domestic/Commercial energy assessor on a scale of A to G – a grade of A is being the highest, and a grade G the lowest.
EPCs can only legally be carried out by a fully qualified and Accredited energy assessor and customers can rest assured that 1st EPC offers services carried out only by the most skilled staff who have been CRB checked and Accredited by the relevant Bodies.
