1st EPC has a national network of Accredited Domestic Energy Assessors providing the following services.
Domestic EPCs
Residential Energy Performance Certificates are now required wherever any residential property is let to a new tenant. EPCs(Rental Energy Performance Certificates) are valid for 10 years and can be reused within that period.
The landlord must commission the EPC, ensure a copy is available for applicants to inspect and provide a free copy of the Landlords EPC to the tenant prior to letting.
Commercial EPCs
Most commercial buildings now require a Non Domestic Building Energy Performance Certificate (Commercial EPC), when constructed, sold or let and we can provide EPCs and Display Energy Certificates(DEC) throughout England. Wales and Northern Ireland.
